Activitatea de mentorat şcolar :
La sfarsitul lunii iunie 2015 s-a incheiat prima parte a programului dezvoltare a abilitatilor personale, specifica activitatii nr. 4 a proiectului.
Denumirea activităţii: Participarea copiilor aflaţi în sistemul de protecţie al DGASPC Prahova la cursuri organizate de Şcoala Populară de Artă şi Meserii din cadrul Centrului Judeţean de Cultură Prahova, în vederea dezvoltării abilităţilor personale (chitară, pian, acordeon, canto, teatru, desen/pictură, dans, artă şi îndemânare).
Perioada de derulare: L1, L2, L3, L4, L5.
Subactivitati derulate:
4.1. Identificarea copiilor talentaţi care vor beneficia de sprijin prin participarea la activităţi de educaţie nonformală, extracurriculare – L1;
4.2. Desfăşurarea activităţilor nonformale, extracurriculare – L2, L3, L4, L5 ;
4.3. Monitorizarea progreselor obţinute de copiii care desfăşoară activităţi de educaţie nonformală, extracurriculare – L3, L4, L5.
Obiective/rezultate/indicatori
Au fost identificati copiii/tinerii care pot participa la cursurile de formare a abilitatilor personale: 65 de persoane (52 de copii si 13 tineri).
Acestia au participat la urmatoarele cursuri:
- pian - 5 persoane (Centrul de Plasament Sinaia);
- chitara - 8 persoane (Centrul de Plasament Sinaia);
- canto - 10 persoane (Centrul de Plasament Sinaia);
- acordeon - 6 persoane (Centrul de Plasament Plopeni);
- teatru - 10 persoane (Complexul de Servicii Comunitare „Sf. Filofteia” Câmpina);
- arta şi indemanare - 10 persoane (Complexul de Servicii Comunitare „Sf. Filofteia” Câmpina);
- balet şi dans modern - 20 persoane (Complexul de Servicii Comunitare „Sf. Maria” Vălenii de Munte);
- desen şi pictura - 10 persoane (Complexul de Servicii Comunitare „Sf. Maria” Vălenii de Munte).
Cursurile s-au derulat, in general, in conformitate cu graficul activitatilor, cate 2 ore/curs/ saptamana; in situatia in care nu s-a putut respecta programul saptamanal, orele au fost recuperate astfel incat sa se respecte numarul total de ore/luna; in total, in cele 4 luni de furnizare a serviciilor catre copii/tineri s-au desfasurat 261 ore de activitate (pian - 33 ore, chitara - 32 ore, canto - 32 ore, acordeon - 34 ore, teatru - 38 ore, arta si indemanare - 34 ore, balet si dans modern - 30 ore, desen si pictura - 28 ore).
Au fost intocmite 115 fise de monitorizare a activitatilor specifice cursurilor de dezvoltare a abilitatilor personale.
De asemenea, membri ai echipei de management/implementare au efectuat vizite de monitorizare a activitatilor si au urmarit progresele inregistrate de copii/tineri, fiind intocmite note informative in care sunt facute referiri la activitatile extracurriculare.
Au fost achizitionate si distribuite echipamentele necesare pentru derularea acestor activitati, respectiv: 2 acordeoane, 8 chitare, 2 orgi, 1 laptop.
At the end of June the first part of the personal skills development program, specific for project activity no. 4, has been completed.
Activity: Ensure the participation of children in the residential care system of Prahova County Department for Social Assistance and Child Protection to classes held by Popular School of Arts and Trades, subordinated to Prahova County Centre of Culture, in order to develop their personal skills (guitar, piano, accordion, canto, theatre, drawing / painting, dance, arts and practical skills).
Implementation Period: L1, L2, L3, L4, L5.
Sub-activities:
4.1. Identify talented children who will be supported by ensuring their participation to extracurricular and non formal education activities – L1;
4.2. Carry out the extracurricular and non formal education activities – L2, L3, L4, L5 ;
4.3. Monitor the results of children involved in extracurricular and non formal education activities – L3, L4, L5.
Objectives/results/indicators
There have been identified the children / young preople eligible to participate to the classes aimed to develop their their personal skills: 65 individuals (52 children si 13 young people).
These individuals attended the following classes:
- piano - 5 individuals (Sinaia Residential Care Unit);
- guitar – 8 individuals(Sinaia Residential Care Unit);
- canto – 10 individuals (Sinaia Residential Care Unit);
- accordion – 6 individuals (Plopeni Residential Care Unit);
- theatre- 10 individuals (“Sf. Filofteia” Community Services Centre from Câmpina);
- arts and practical skills - 10 individuals ((“Sf. Filofteia” Community Services Centre from Câmpina);
- ballet and modern dance - 20 individuals (,,Sf. Maria” Community Services Centre from Vălenii de Munte);
- drawing and painting - 10 individuals (,,Sf. Maria” Community Services Centre from Vălenii de Munte).
The classes have been carried out, more or less, according to the schedule, i.e. 2 hours / class / week; when the weekly program could not be complied with, the classes have been re-scheduled, in order to reach the total number of hours / month; overall, within the four-month period the activities have amounted to 261 hours (piano – 33 hours, guitar – 32, canto – 32 hours, accordion – 34 hours, theatre – 38 hours, arts and practical skills - 34 hours, ballet and modern dance - 30 hours, drawing and painting - 28 hours).
115 monitoring charts for the activities aimed to develop the children’s / young people’s personal skills have been elaborated.
At the same time, members of the management / implementation team have paid visits to monitor the activities and to evaluate the progress of children / young people, which resulted in notes informing about the specific activities.
The equipments necessary to carry out these activities have been purchased and shared, i.e.: 2 accordions, 8 guitars, 2 electronic organs, 1 laptop.
